Mr. New has worked on the representation of clients at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and various Federal courts,  both at the district court and appellate levels.

Mr. New writes academically on changes in immigration law, and the effects of these changes on immigrants, and his works have been published in such law journals as the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law’s Interdisciplinary Law Journal and the Yale Law Journal Forum (forthcoming).  He enjoys speaking on broad policy issues related to immigration and advocating to bring lasting change to systemic problems in the immigration system.
