I was ordered deported back in 1995 and I was arrested for removal in 2006 but immigration was unable to remove me. I have a son who turned 21 and I retained the Joseph & Hall P.C. and my case was assigned to Jennifer Howard. She successfully filed a Sua Sponte motion to reopen with the BIA which was granted. The case was then referred to immigration court for adjustment of status and the motion was approved by the immigration judge thanks to the diligent and professional work that was done by Jennifer and her legal assistant Linda Shindler. I went from having an ankle monitor placed on me by ICE and almost deported to my native country as ICE had my travel document, to getting my 10 year green card. Thanks to Jennifer and her team I can become a U.S citizen in the very near future. I would highly recommend Jennifer for representation on your immigration issues.

This is the second time we have used Joseph & Hall P.C. and in particular Alexander McShiras, Esq., as our attorney in immigration-related issues. This time he has worked an asylum case for a boy that came here from a “police state” on a high school exchange program. Although the case isn’t yet before the immigration authorities at USCIS, all of the preparation work has been completed and submitted.
