This is the second time we have used Joseph & Hall P.C. and in particular Alexander McShiras, Esq., as our attorney in immigration-related issues. This time he has worked an asylum case for a boy that came here from a “police state” on a high school exchange program. Although the case isn’t yet before the immigration authorities at USCIS, all of the preparation work has been completed and submitted.
Alex is always prompt in his replies to our inquires whether by phone, text, or email.
His questions are insightful and direct to dig into the specifics of each case.
He is very knowledgeable about the way USCIS views each type of case.
We will use him again and again and again as needed to the benefit of our friends and their families who are escaping from horrible situations in their own countries.
Los mejores Terry Booher y el abogado Alexander D. McShiras, Esq.

I would recommend Joseph & Hall P.C., Lawyer Aaron Hall is very welcome from the beginning of Immigration hold and every step throughout your process till court day. Aaron Hall, thank you for being patient and very understanding and explaining everything to his client. I would recommend him for the best lawyer I have known. Also, thank you for his paralegal Manuel Ceballos with all the phone calls and paperwork. You all did a fantastic job!
