We think that anyone who is going to do business in the USA or looking for a US visa “this review will be a great benefit.” I want to share my experience and my company experience with “Joseph & Hall P.C.” One of the best attorneys’ law firms we’ve worked within 20 years of business (according to our best experience in the USA) – Extremely professional, excellent and narrowly specialized in business and other types of immigration, visas etc. Unbelievably fast, concrete and I think that it will be enough to write that within 40 days of the first time we talked to us about the complete documentation, the E2 visas and the status of the investor in the United States. Our lawyer was a lawyer in our process. Erin K. Williams, an exceptional person, an exceptional lawyer … we love people who really know their job … that’s Erin K. Williams. In addition to the USA registration process (which we consider to be a simple process), the most demanding part of the process is work permits and visas for management companies, visas for investors or visas for your other employees. Our experience is related to the launch of corporations and franchises in the USA and the acquisition of a business E2 visa that includes a complex documentation and process for investors in the US. Although we were well prepared for complete documentation, studied conditions, informed us at the embassy, and had conversations with several lawyers in the US we quickly shaved if you did not have a great experience and a good lawyer’s team can be complicated and very long lasting (sometimes the result may be questionable). According to the experience of other companies and the information they shared with us, we expected a process of 6 to 12 months and we were prepared for the possibility that we would need to supplement the documentation which could greatly extend the time of issuing visas and getting the status of the investor. We are glad that our choice at a lawyer who would represent us fell to “Joseph & Hall P.C.” because that was a real hit. Now that we finish the process, our advice is “do not think and do not improve, hire certified and best lawyers” every other way will certainly be much much more expensive and substantially longer.

Kad pokrećete poslovanje u USA osim procesa registracije korporacije (što smatramo jednostavnim procesom) zahtjevniji dio procesa su radne dozvole i vize za management tvrtke, vize za investitora ili vize za ostale vaše zaposlenike. Naše iskustvo povezano je sa pokretanjem korporacije i franšize u USA te ishođenjem poslovne E2 vize koja uključuje složenu dokumentaciju i proces za investitore u USA. Iako smo dobro pripremili kompletnu dokumentaciju, proučili uvjete, informirali se u ambasadi te obavili razgovore sa nekoliko odvjetnika u USA brzo smo shavtili ukoliko nemate veliko iskustvo i dobar odvjetnički tim stvari mogu biti komplicirane i jako dugo trajati (ponekad i rezultat može biti upitan). Prema iskustvu drugih kompanija te informacijama koje su podijelili sa nama očekivali smo proces od 6 do 12 mjeseci te smo se pripremili na mogućnost da ćemo trebati nadopunjavati dokumentaciju što može jako produžiti vrijeme izdavanja vize i dobivanja statusa investitora. Drago nam je da je naš izbor prilikom odvjetnika koji će nas zastupati pao na “Joseph & Hall P.C.” jer to je bio pravi pogodak. Sada nakon što smo završili proces naš savjet je “ne razmišljajte i ne improvizirajte, angažirajte provjerene i najbolje odvjetnike” svaki drugi način sigurno će biti puno puno skuplji i bitno vremenski duži.

I am happy to say I was approved for my permanent resident card with Aaron Hall’s help. The process was a bit lengthy on immigration’s side but he helped make everything smooth and everything was pretty straightforward. I would definitely recommend Joseph & Hall P.C. to anyone.

The immigration process takes so long. Even with the lengthy process, the attorneys have really tried to make the process go smoothly. They communicate with you and really take the time to listen and work with the issues you have. I signed a retainer contract with Joseph & Hall P.C. in April/May 2017 after my Asylum application was denied towards Adjustment of Status on grounds of immediate family relationship with a US citizen.
