JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: Attorney Position Available in Aurora Office

Well established, professional immigration law firm with a national reputation for excellence, innovative thinking, and success, seeks a full-time immigration attorney to join our growing immigration team.

Responsibilities will include:
Representation of clients before the administrative immigration agencies including the Department of Labor, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals as well as the Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeal. Drafting of legal documents, petitions and forms in business, family and removal cases. Gathering of evidence in support of applications, petitions and relief from deportation. Frequent (daily) client contact with a wide variety of clients from all over the world. Every day is different and challenging.

Job Requirements:
Spanish speaking highly preferred. We are looking for a professional self-starter with a strong work ethic and good attitude. You must be passionate about the work we do and the clients we represent while at the same time understanding the business side of a law firm. The applicant must have acumen for marketing and business development. We value extreme organization, excellent analytical, oral and writing skills and confidence when dealing with clients. Must be comfortable with billing and collections procedures. We do not focus on billable hours but attorneys get bonuses and incentives based on profitability for the firm.

This position is available immediately. We are looking for someone with experience but will consider all levels from entry level to lateral hire.  We have an innovative and unique salary structure with a base salary and graduated percentage bonus based on experience and collections.
