Joseph & Hall P.C. seeks a full-time business immigration paralegal or legal assistant to join our growing team. The business immigration paralegal will work on corporate immigration cases including, H-1B, H-2B, L, E, O, P, R, NIW, EB-1 and PERM cases as well as worksite enforcement, employer compliance and federal litigation.

Work on client casework under the supervision of an attorney. Gather, copy, organize and compile supporting documents for applications, petitions and filings. Become proficient in the preparation and submission of immigration applications, petitions, briefs and court documents. Input information into immigration forms and compile filing for attorney review. Draft and prepare letters for attorney review. Monitor pending cases and manage case deadlines and status issues. Prepare and maintain client files in an organized manner.
Four-year bachelor’s degree required. Preferably 2-3 years as a business immigration paralegal with experience in different types of visas including: H-1B, UN, E-2, E-3, O-1, L-1, PERM cases, EB-1 Outstanding Researcher applications, I-130 Petitions, I 4854 Application. Positive, bright, energetic attitude. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Database and calendar management skills.
Compensation commensurate with experience. Health and retirement benefits provided, paid time off and other benefits. Bonus incentive based on meeting monthly billable hours. Position available immediately.
