I would recommend to everyone if they are looking for excellent service, quality and humanism in any process they have, in my case of permanence (green card) without a doubt they are the best, they approved my green card the process lasted approximately 1 year and half but they make the process much easier and simpler than it is, they gave us a lot of confidence and they answered any questions we had, they were always aware of our case and the payments were very accessible. My husband and I are very happy and grateful for taking our case and now we can celebrate my stay in the country.

We started our Immigration process in 2021 with another Immigration Law Firm. In October of 2023, our application for permanent residency was denied due to misrepresentation. At that point we reached out to Joseph & Hall.
While they were more expensive than we initially planned, they delivered with excellency.
Our case was complex and required a lot of investigation about different variables. We worked directly with Jennifer Howard and Linda Shindler. They helped us appeal the denial, got our case reopened, submit lacking documentation due to misrepresentation, get approved and receive permanent residency all within 6 months of our initial contact with them.
