The United States Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced this afternoon that it will assign all immigration cases originating at the Artesia Detention Center to the Immigration Court in Denver, Colorado. This will certainly have an immediate effect on removal proceedings for individuals who are not currently detained. Please contact Joseph & Hall P.C. with any immediate questions or concerns.
