We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support our attorneys on business immigration matters. This role covers a wide range of employer-sponsored immigration work, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, employer compliance, and federal litigation, for clients ranging from startups to multinational companies. A paralegal certificate is not required — we welcome candidates with a bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills, whether you identify as a legal assistant or a paralegal. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
