Since its founding, Joseph Law Firm recognized the need for pro bono work in our community. To help meet that need, Joseph Law Firm has long committed itself to serving selected clients on a pro bono basis. The Colorado Supreme Court’s Pro Bono Legal Service Commitment and Recognition Program has recognized Joseph Law Firm’s pro bono commitment and achievement every year since 2006.

Joseph Law Firm attorneys hold leadership positions with the national American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Colorado Chapter of AILA, the Colorado Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.

Joseph Law Firm attorneys have volunteered as mentors for pro bono attorneys who take on detained removal defense cases through the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN).
Joseph Law Firm has held leadership positions locally and nationally in many bar associations including AILA, FBA and CBA.
Joseph Law Firm attorneys have worked with Ya Es Hora and AILA to organize and provide volunteer attorney time for citizenship drives for those ready to apply for citizenship through naturalization.
Joseph Law Firm attorneys have worked with other local attorneys to provide volunteer attorneys for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival drives.

Jeff and Kirby Joseph and the Joseph Family Foundation created and founded Urban Nights, an annual fundraiser which raises money for Urban Peak, a services provider for youth experiencing homelessness.
