My initial question received an email response on the same day while other law firms that I have contacted have not even responded as of this day. My questions were answered less than 3 hours after meeting the Paralegal. Very fast response time, certainly. The response was satisfactory and the Paralegal was nice and friendly. Thank you for your help! I would also like to thank Anabel Martinez for being patient at customer service and Annie Hoogerwerf for her fast response.
