Job Summary: We are seeking a Fluent Spanish-Speaking Immigration Attorney with a passion for immigration law. Whether you’re a recent law school graduate with clinic or internship experience or an attorney with more experience, we want someone eager to advocate for immigrant communities and learn from our experienced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with family-based immigration matters, including I-130 petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, consular processing, and naturalization applications.
  • Represent clients in removal proceedings and prepare applications for relief, such as cancellation of removal, asylum, and withholding of removal.
  • Handle humanitarian-based cases, including U visas, VAWA, and DACA.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Attend USCIS interviews and Immigration Court hearings, advocating effectively for clients.
  • Conduct consultations and provide compassionate, strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and staff to manage cases efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active license to practice law or planning to take the
    February 2025 bar exam.
  • At least one year of internship, clinical, or work experience in immigration law.
  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Familiarity with U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, work collaboratively, and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance-Based Earnings: Additional compensation based on collections.
