Applicants for certain types of immigration benefits before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) can now receive personalized estimates of their wait time for major milestones, such as final decisions on applications, on their case through myProgress. The service is available to applicants who create a USCIS online account and is available for the following five form, application, or petition types:

To link a form to an online account, the petitioner or applicant must have either e-filed the petition or application or they must have manually linked it to their online account using the online access code provided by USCIS for the form in question. Typically, USCIS sends online access codes once a case has been received and receipted by them.
