Indian and Chinese EB-2/EB-3 Adjustment of Status Delays Plaintiff Onboarding

We appreciate your interest in taking part in our lawsuit that seeks to order arbitration of EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 based adjustment cases that were filed by individuals from China and India before numbers disappear on September 30, 2021.

Update August 5, 2021: Onboarding has been extended until August 10, 2021 at 5 pm Central Time. If you still want to be a part of this case, please complete the following onboarding steps as soon as possible so that you can be added.

Step 1: Review the FAQ to confirm that you understand what the case involves, how the plaintiff fee is determined, what we aim to achieve, and who will most likely benefit from the outcome.

Step 2: Finish our engagement letter app. This will submit your engagement letter to us automatically and will let you download a copy for documentation.

Step 3: Pay your $2525 plaintiff fee online here.

Step 4: Write a declaration that describes your situation and how you were impacted by having your green card delayed, using our declaration generator app. The employee should once again finish the declaration. The app automatically sends us a copy once completed.

Step 5: After you’ve completed all of these steps, you have signed up! Once you’re added as a plaintiff, we will contact you to confirm.

You’ll receive confirmation of your presence in our system as a plaintiff through your payment confirmation and engagement letter.  If any information or documents are missing, we will contact you before filing the case and send you an email once the case has been filed.  

We aim to file the case in a timely manner, so we kindly ask all clients to avoid asking for additional confirmation since doing so pulls time away from our hardworking legal team.
