In near record time one of our clients just had her I-601A waiver approve. Great work Alex McShiras, the attorney on the case, and Michael Jordan, the paralegal that started the case. Also, a special thank you to Siena, paralegal in our Colorado Springs office, who worked hard to get the rest of the hardship documents and worked incredibly well with the clients. The clients are thrilled and relieved- they have 3 U.S.C. children together and all have some sort of psychological or physical issue, as does the qualifying relative.
