USCIS has launched a totally redesigned employer web interface for the E-Verify Program. E-Verify allows participating employers to verify employment eligibility electronically. USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas says that the new web interface “provides employers more streamlined access and offers an expanded customer support section.” The new web interface features improved navigation tools to make the site easier to use, minimize errors, and enable real-time validation. It also features enhanced security, such as masking Social Security numbers. A 20-minute tutorial of the new system is required for all current and future E-Verify users.
