Ending the Migrant Protection Protocol Program

Effective January 21, 2021, DHS has announced that it is suspending new enrollments in the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) and will cease adding individuals into the program.  Those who are currently enrolled in the program will remain where they are located pending further guidance.
